Beaufort High School

Beaufort High School is a public high school that serves students in Beaufort's and Port Royal's downtown areas as well as students who are coming from St. Helena Island and Lady's Island. It is split into four academies: Health Professions, International Studies, Freshman Academy, and Arts, Communications and Technologies. The school is accredited with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

Beaufort Middle School is a public middle school located in Beaufort and is part of Beaufort 01 School District. Lady's Island Elementary School

In 2000, Lady's Island Elementary became the first school in Beaufort County School District to adopt the arts-infused program. It is recognized by the South Carolina Arts Commission as an Arts in the Basic Curriculum (ABC) school and is a recipient of the SC State Department of Education's Distinguished Arts (DAP) grant.

Coosa Elementary School

Lady's Island Middle School

Lady's Island Middle School is the first nationally accredited STEM school (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) in the U.S.  which also offers two school choice programs: Gateway to Technology and Arts Infusion. The school's numerous programs for students include National Junior Honor Society, Junior Scholars, competitive robotics team, championship athletic teams, and regionally showcased artists and performers.
