The Brinkman's were trying to figure out the “next step” in their lives, realizing with their kids grown and gone, they didn’t have to stay in New Jersey any longer. Leslie Brinkman and her husband loved Hilton Head and decided to look for a condo in the area. Kristy was able to show them around and send them additional listings to look at once they returned home to New Jersey. They fell in love with a home in Palmetto Dunes that they could rent part-time and spend extended time in themselves. After they purchased their home in Palmetto Dunes they developed the desire to stay longer each year and soon decided to live in South Carolina full time. The Brinkman's wanted to find their next home in Leamington and Kristy was able to do so and sell their previous home in the area.
The Brinkmans were referred to Kristy by good friends and they felt they instantly hit it off with her after they met.
