August Wellness Challenge: 30 Days of Self-Care

A Lowcountry-Inspired Path to Feeling Your Best This Summer

August in the Lowcountry is hot, humid, and—let’s be honest—busy. Between back-to-school chaos, steamy afternoons, and the last push of summer travel, it’s easy to forget to take care of you. That’s why we’ve created a 30-day wellness challenge to help you pause, recharge, and reconnect—with yourself and with the simple joys of Lowcountry living.

Each day includes one self-care action you can do in under 30 minutes—no pressure, no guilt. Just small steps toward a calmer, healthier you.
