Originally from the Washington D.C. Metro, KC served in the United States Army and Federal Law Enforcement Tactical Operations prior to transitioning to what he refers to as civilian life and entering Real Estate. KC attributes his passion for Real Estate to only having access to a few Real Estate Books to keep him occupied during down time during his first deployment. Since entering the Real Estate industry, along with passion, KC carries with him his hard work ethic and dedication, bringing an unparalleled level of loyalty and service to his clients.

Apart from Real Estate, KC keeps the pulse within the community by working and collaborating with vertical and horizontal industries alike, serving as President of the Bluffton Merchant Society, raising money for local charities by organizing and hosting his Annual Summer Concert for Heroes with the 3rd ID Army Corp Band, and staying involved in community associations and events.

Outside of work, KC can almost always be found outdoors playing tennis, golfing, fishing, boating, hiking, playing sports, or exploring the area with friends and family.
