I believe legacies are formed and preserved in the home, and to that end, I have dedicated my career in real estate to helping individuals and families find the ideal home or vacation property. My enthusiasm for and thorough knowledge of the Lowcountry means I'm eager and able to provide home buyers and owners with a most enjoyable home buying or selling experience.
My family and I been full-time Lowcountry locals since 1994. Lowcountry life started for us as timeshare owners. We sold a glass business and a historic property in Pennsylvania that was built in 1740 so we could live in Hilton Head, South Carolina. We moved into a brand new house on a golf course, and that's about as different as it gets. As empty-nesters, we decided to rent a charming home in downtown Bluffton where we had the most wonderful small town experience. We lived in Sun City for a short time, then moved back to the island where we discovered the pleasures of condo living. Most likely, this was because of the friendly neighbors and amazing sunset views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Now, we live a block away from the Atlantic Ocean in historic Port Royal Plantation.
All that to say, Lowcountry real estate has been a large part of my life, whether buying, selling or renting. My husband Joe Randisi is a South Carolina licensed general contractor and home renovation specialist. Joe makes it easy to navigate the world of custom remodeling and home building. Most buyers come to Hilton Head to relax, not renovate. His contracting business is an ideal counterpart to my real estate business.
Here are some things you might not know about me. I'm an authority when it comes to connecting with and inspiring people to cultivate their potential. I was featured in Hilton Head Monthly magazine's Intriguing Islanders edition January 2018 for my work as a prison volunteer and my status as South Carolina's Outstanding Toastmaster of the Year. I've written and published three extraordinary memoirs, several inspirational books, and a series of coloring books. I enjoy helping storytellers become writers and writers become authors. Lastly, I come from a family of avid golfers. Both Mom and Dad were golf club champions, which means I have built-in potential and probably should play more often.
I live where I love. How about you?
