From I-95 South: Take Exit 33, turn right onto Highway 17. Turn right at Highway21 South, Travel through Beaufort on Highway 21. Six miles east of Beaufort there will be a blinking yellow light at the intersection of Highway 21 and Polowana Road. Go through the yellow blinking light. Island Realty is located approximately 600 feet past the blinking yellow light on the left.
From I-95 North: Take Exit 8 (turn east/right). Follow Beaufort signs and turn left on John Smith Road. Turn left on Highway 170 & 278. Stay on 170 (right) when roads split. Turn right on 802, go past Parris Island. Turn right at the first light. Follow 802 over Lady's Island bridge. Turn right at Highway 21 and continue to the blinking yellow light at the intersection of Highway 21 and Polowana Road. Go through the yellow blinking light. Island Realty is located approximately 600 feet past the blinking yellow light on the left.
